Career Fair

Do you have questions, concerns, or even requests related to the Career Fair for the Schools of Architecture, City & Regional Planning, and Public Policy? What is the date and time/duration of Career Fair? Career Fair is scheduled for Friday, February 21, 2020 and will run from 1PM-4PM in the College of Design Architecture West Building's atria. Exhibitor set-up will begin at 10AM and lunch will be available at 12PM. 

What is the fee to participate? The cost to register is $350. However a fee reduction is available for firms of 10 people or fewer, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. In order to receive a reduction, you must complete the fee reduction request box on the Career Fair Registration Form. Registration will open Friday, January 3, 2020.

What does the fee include? The registration fee will include a link to student resumes for each School, which will be distributed on Friday, February 7, 2020 a 6-ft table and 2 chairs, coffee, lunch, and refreshments available throughout the fair, and up to two parking vouchers. WiFi, power access, tablecloths, and a table tent with your firm's name are included upon request for no additional charge. Please make sure to confirm selections within the registration form. And of course, you'll have an opportunity to meet our amazing students. 

Where will we be able to park? Parking vouchers will be available for the parking lot at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center. We will send you an email prior to Career Fair containing your scheduled drop-off and set-up time. You are welcome to pull your car up to the roundabout located at the end of the street off of Fowler Street between 4th Street NW and Ferst Drive. Click here to view the Parking Map. 

What is the deadline to register to participate in Career Fair? Thursday, February 6, 2020.

How will I know where to set-up my organization's display? We will provide you with a map of each floor of the Career Fair. When you check in at the registration table located by the entrance of the Architecture West building, we will be available to help guide you to your table.

How will we receive the students' resumes? One-page resumes will be collected for students in both the School of Architecture and the School of City and Regional Planning and will be distributed via a secure link approximately two weeks prior to Career Fair.
