Internal Transfer from International Affairs, Class of 2021

What is your favorite thing about being at Georgia Tech? School of Architecture! It seems like a cop-out, but the students, professors, and researchers here make the school feel intimate at such a large institution like Tech. Everyone truly cares how you are doing (and everyone is truly doing such cool things)!

What is your favorite thing to do in Atlanta? Walk around. My favorite activity is walking - a city should be experienced on foot. I love creating personal geographies based on experiences and memories I have had at seemingly insignificant intersections or landmarks. Take note of the variation in sidewalk tiles in different parts of the city!

What has been your favorite class so far? In hindsight, Media and Modeling II. I never had to think in a parametric manner that that course required, but I now seek out opportunities to integrate knowledge from that course. Completely opposite to that, I loved our required humanities course, The City in US History.

What clubs do you belong to? ECO, Georgia Tech Student Foundation, Undergrad Student Advisory Council

One word to describe what you thought before you started: Terrified
