Carl Dilcher
Candidate in 2-year Master of Architecture degree program
Favorite thing about being at Georgia Tech: The community! While Georgia Tech has a plethora of amazing resources at students’ fingertips, the best resource at Georgia Tech is the wonderful student community. This is especially true in the School of Architecture! The students are incredibly supportive, respectful, and welcoming! I cannot speak enough about my appreciation for my peers at Georgia Tech.
Who do you want to design for? Architects wield agency. I hope to help tackle the generational challenges of expanding inequality and a deteriorating environment with design. I seek to learn the advanced methods and innovative systems that will help me, and a generation of architects, to grow in our ability to affect change.
What do you do for fun? I really love to go on walks and explore the city! Atlanta is a wonderful place to wander around.
