Candidate in 3.5-year Master of Architecture degree program

Favorite thing about being at Georgia Tech: I love the diversity of the campus, the University’s focus on technology, and the location right in midtown Atlanta. There are a lot of awesome and super-talented students here at Tech – it has been great getting to know them. The faculty here are also great and I’ve been impressed with how each one provides us with a new viewpoint and set of resources to thrive in this profession.

Why did you decide to study architecture? I’ve been working as an architectural/urban planner for several years and wanted to build my knowledge of the profession, amp-up my creative skillset, and get on a path towards licensure.

Which student organizations do you belong to? I am currently enrolled through Georgia Tech’s Co-Op program, where I am working part-time for a local architecture firm and going to school full-time. That said, I haven’t had a lot of time to get deeply involved in a student organization, but hope to support my classmates as much as possible throughout my time at Georgia Tech.
