Class of 2024

What is your favorite thing about being Georgia Tech? My favorite thing about Tech is the amazing community of students and staff. I was fortunate enough to experience Tech before the pandemic and am eager to return to the vibrant community of student organizations, the thrill of sporting events, and the student activities that make Tech such a wonderful place.

What do you do for fun in Atlanta? Growing up around Atlanta, I thought I’d seen it all, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the wonderful opportunities the city has to offer. Atlanta is full of wonderful museums and art galleries. Both the city and the campus have a rich history, and Tech is perfectly positioned at the juncture of historic Atlanta neighborhoods, great restaurants, and cultural centers. There’s never a shortage of things to do.

What has been your favorite class? I suppose the basic answer would be architecture studio because we have so much freedom to design. Regarding non-studio classes, I think my favorite course has been History of Architecture I.

Student Organizations: I’ve spent the past two years as a trumpet player in the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Marching Band. Over the course of the 2020-2021 academic year, I served as a club-staff member (secretary) for Georgia Tech’s Theme Park Engineering & Design Club. I am also currently in the process of re-chartering the Epsilon Theta Chapter of the Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity at Georgia Tech.
