Violet Bernard

Candidate in 2-year Master of Architecture degree program

Favorite thing about being at Georgia Tech: The diverse group of students and faculty.  The variety of backgrounds, experiences, knowledge, and interests make it so everyone brings unique tools and perspectives to the conversation.  This really helps with creating an exciting and vibrant culture to work in.

Why did you decide to study architecture?  I always knew I wanted to do something creative and when I started exploring options in high school architecture just fit.  I think it's because I approach architecture as a problem-solving opportunity that is explored through creative, innovative, and critical thinking.
