The Design Shop, located in the basement of School of Architecture-East, provides precision prototyping equipment for wood, plastics, and metal as well as a complement of rapid prototyping tools including laser cutters and 3D printers. The Shop observes rigorous safety protocols and is supported by full-time and part-time staff members who conduct regular training sessions to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
