Candidate in the 3.5-year Master of Architecture degree program
Favorite thing about being at Georgia Tech: The coursework is comprehensive and diverse. The flexible curriculum encourages students to explore brand-new fields and innovate with an interdisciplinary background. The professors are highly experienced, knowledgeable, and provide students with tremendous care, support, and guidance.
Who do you want to design for: My designs are rooted in the human experience—observing life's quiet rhythms and discovering its unspoken needs. Guided by the architecture of human longing, I shape spaces that offer sanctuary and stability, weave communities of harmony and beauty, and shelter our deepest search for love, belonging, and grace. Through design, I seek to answer the call for beauty, while giving form to self-actualization and the purest expressions of the soul.
What do you do for fun: In my free time, I love connecting with nature through hiking and gardening. I believe that humans are children of nature, and nature infuses us with boundless energy and creativity; many of my inspirations and design concepts originally stem from it. I also frequently draw and do crafts. This process prompts me to think about what problems need to be solved, what outcomes I hope to achieve, and how to address them to reach those results. This practice has trained and continuously refined my mindset, supporting my ongoing exploration and growth throughout my architecture studies.
