Sanaz Ahmadzadeh

Sanaz Ahmadzadeh is a Ph.D. student in the Design Computation program and a member of the Situated Computation + Design Lab directed by Dr. Vernelle A. A. Noel at Carnegie Melon University. Her current research interest explores the integration of generative AI tools in design studio pedagogy to investigate effective practices for leveraging AI while considering opportunities and challenges presented in graduate-level education. Sanaz has been working as a graduate research assistant at the National AI Institute for Adult Learning and Online Education (AI-ALOE) funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) since 2022. Before joining Georgia Tech, Sanaz earned a Master of Science in Computational Design from the School of Design at UNCC and a Master of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Human-Centered Design from the Department of Software Information Systems in the College of Computing and Informatics at UNCC.
